Recently, Jinan City, together with its sister city Rennes in France, jointly presented a splendid cultural feast in Rennes, aiming to promote traditional Chinese culture and enhance friendship between the people of China and France.

At the event, the audience not only enjoyed traditional Chinese dragon and lion dance performances but also witnessed calligraphers demonstrating their skills, paper cutting, tea art performances, etc., profoundly experiencing the unique charm of Chinese culture.

In addition, nearly 30 Chinese and French volunteers interacted enthusiastically with the audience, making handicrafts together, playing games, kicking shuttlecocks, and performing dragon dances, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere on-site. There were also exciting stage performances, with the Paris Chinese Orchestra delivering melodic music, and the Brest Martial Arts School presenting powerful martial arts performances, providing a visual and auditory feast.

During the event, Jinan City's "Architecture and Dragon Culture" themed exhibition not only showcased the city's profound historical heritage but also conveyed its unique cultural charm to every visiting foreign friend through carefully crafted posters and videos. As a city with a long history of culture, Jinan has numerous buildings and sculptures related to "dragons." This themed exhibition also provided foreign friends with a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the history, culture, and development of Jinan City.

This event is one of the series of exchange activities between Jinan City and its overseas-friendly cities.
